Thank-you for making your booking with All Season Rental Adventures Inc (herein referred to as “ASRAI”). Rental or any related service to any unit owned by ASRAI is conditional upon your acceptance without modification of all the terms, conditions, and notices set forth below (collectively, the “Cancellation Policy”). By booking the rental of any single or multiple units for rental in any manner, including online, via email, fax or verbal communication, you agree to be bound by the Cancellation Policy. Please read the Cancellation Policy carefully. If you do not accept all of these terms and conditions, please cancel your reservation booking immediately. Be sure to return to our website or contact us to receive and review the most current version of the Cancellation Policy. ASRAI reserves the right at any time, at its sole discretion, to change or otherwise modify the Cancellation Policy without prior notice, and your continued reservation booking signifies your acceptance of the updated or modified Agreement.
RENTAL CANCELLATION POLICY
If customer gives more than 7 BUSINESS days notice there is no charge. For the cancellation Any Payments made in advance require 7 days notice of cancellation – Cancelling with less than 7 days notice will result in a $50 admin fee for processing, per unit.
Between 3-7 BUSINESS days notice – there is a $50 Admin fee per unit reserved will be charged to credit card presented at the time of rental booking. Cancellations with Under 3 BUSINESS days notice – 50% of rental will be charged to credit card presented at the time of rental booking per unit. If cancellation occurs on the pickup date – Due to improper documentation supplied by the customer or the customers inability to produce the full amount for the damage deposit, full cancellation charges will apply.
RENTAL DATE CHANGE POLICY
Rental Date Change – Rental dates can be changed with no cancellation fee. If rental change date is 7+ days prior to the original date of the booking. However, if rental change date is less than 7 days, cancellation charges apply. In the case of a No Show or No Contact (when booked within the same day), the customer will be charged 50% of rental charged to credit card presented at the time of rental booking. In the case of a No Show or No Contact (when previously booked) the customer will be charged full amount for rental to credit card presented at time of rental booking.
*For reservations that are booked more than three months in advanced a 50% percent deposit is due upon rental booking. If booking cancelled with more than a weeks’ notice, deposit may be refunded in full, less a $50 admin charge. If rental is cancelled less than 7 business days full cancellation policy is in effect.
**If you have an out of Country Driver’s License please be aware your Damage Deposit is Double.**
